Forensic Psychology

In the most general way, Forensic Psychology refers to an area of practice involving the interface between psychology and the law. The Forensic Psychologist may work in a large variety of settings, some of which are in family law, such as evaluations in the scope of child custody procedures; civil matters, which are often warranted in evaluating the extent of psychological injury as a result of an accident; or, consultation to an attorney, as with jury selection.
