In the last few years, we have all heard in the news and on social media more and more about the importance of mental health. Mental health is crucial to our overall well-being, impacting emotional, psychological, and social dimensions of life. Good mental health enhances the ability to enjoy life, face challenges, and maintain meaningful relationships. We have learned how mental health directly affects physical health. Conditions like anxiety and depression can lead to stress, which may manifest in physical symptoms such as fatigue, weakened immunity, or chronic illness. Mental health is essential for focus, creativity, and efficiency at work or school. The development of a strong mental health foundation allows individuals [both children and adults] to cope better with stress, adapt to change, and recover from adversity. The development of resiliency in children is very important for how they deal with our changing world.

 

We have five full time clinicians in addition to two medical consultants [DNP and Pediatrician]  and a specialist in Aging Wellness, who together, make up a dynamic practice with an incredible amount of experience. We continue to grow and work hard to provide the very best treatment for our patients. Our patients include children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. We currently have two Projects in Development: A Center of Excellence for the Treatment of ADHD Through the Ages, and A Center for Aging Wellness.
