To make an appointment with one of our clinicians, please call our office (901) 755-5802 and our staff will be happy to assist you, as well as answer any questions you may have.

Complete Forms
​
Before your first appointment, our staff will send your forms to be completed electronically. We also kindly ask that you please call your insurance company to determine if you have coverage and/or if the clinician you wish to see is in your network. Our services are covered under Outpatient Mental Health benefits.

Your First Appointment
​
We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and bring with you, your insurance card.

Clinicians' Hours: Hours and days vary by clinician. Depending on the clinician, appointments may be available as early as 8 a.m. or as late as 5 p.m. If you have questions about a specific clinician's schedule/hours, please call our office and we would be happy to assist you further.
Appointments with our Medical Consultant: Dr. Jeffrey Lowrey, M.D. is our medical consultant and has worked with our staff over the last three decades, in both hospital and outpatient settings. He collaborates with the clinicians in our office to prescribe and regulate medications related to mental health concerns. Once you have had an initial visit with one of our clinicians and the clinician refers you to Dr. Lowrey, the office will be happy to help you contact him so that you have the appropriate resources for treatment.
